Three Short Meditations
Three individual meditations lasting approximately 15 minutes each.
Each meditation takes a particular theme and develops it using NLP language patterns to guide you into deeper states of relaxation and to provoke deeper levels of insight.
The Analysis of the Physical Self - A guided meditation on a traditional yogic theme of analysis of the physical self, through which the meditator comes to realize that the self cannot be identified with the body.
The Blue Sphere Meditation - In this meditation session, the meditator is guided through a series of visualisations that are based on a Tibetan meditation, adapted to modern western imagery. Techniques from neuro-linguistic programming are employed to accelerate the meditation.
The Crystal Body Meditation - This session has been developed using images and techniques from shamanism, a personal experience as a child with a near terminal illness and exercises in Antero Alli's "Angel Tech". The meditator is taken through a series of images identifying with an imagined crystal body illuminated with pure light.
