The real question ought to be, with such a build up, with the successes I have had with the other CDs, can it be possible that the sleep CD could even come close to what I had built up in my mind? The answer is, yes it can! I used it at first in the evening when I got it - mostly to hear what it was like. Great work. I dozed off in the middle of it - hardly got to even look at the rest space. Trouble was, I didn't feel particularly tired until nearly 11pm. That would be okay if it wasn't for the fact that I have to get up at 4:15am to get ready for work! Yet I woke up the next morning feeling pretty darn good for 5 hours sleep! Don't hit me, but I "ripped" the first two tracks and burnt them to a CD-R to use as a sleep CD (Note from Hypnosis Audio CDs,- this is absolutely fine and for many people it is the easiest way to use the Deep Sleep CD). It was after 10:15pm when I went to bed, using the sleep CD, and felt just fine when the alarm went off at 4:15. SO, I guess I have to say, you got another winner with this guy here in Arizona!

To extend my earlier remarks on the interview CD I purchased last year, I find I am still using it. Though I am no longer interviewing, and I'm not using the very effective NLP tracks on the first part of the CD, the trance work at the end of the CD is one of the best general confidence building sessions I have experienced.
