The first part of the CD consists of 5 tracks that take you through a series of exercises to restructure the way you internally represent the interview situation, and to give you extra tools to swing any interview to your advantage. The second part of the CD uses trance and hypnosis to re-inforce the changes resulting from the first part of the CD and to further boost confidence and performance.
To extend my earlier remarks on the interview CD I purchased last year, I find I am still using it. Though I am no longer interviewing, and I'm not using the very effective NLP tracks on the first part of the CD, the trance work at the end of the CD is one of the best general confidence building sessions I have experienced. It is just the right mix of hypnosis, shamanism and quantum physics to do what other similar products simply cannot. Thanks again.
