Creativity frequently seems a mysterious process, but we all have times when we have experienced creativity in many different forms… times when problems just dissolve as solutions appear, times we can just step back and take in the whole picture. Many of us have experienced the benefits of “sleeping on a problem” and waking up to the solution.

The source of your creativity lies within your other than conscious mind, those mental processes that, though we are not aware of them when we trust to them deliver up insight and originality. Those aspects of our minds that take apart the components of our experience and put them back together again in new, exciting ways.
