Managing Menstrual Problems
A unique two part programme designed to assist women to regulate erratic periods and to ease discomfort and emotional distress during these times.
The programme consists of two hypnosis sessions designed to assist you in managing the discomfort and emotional mood swings often associated with menstruation. The first session is for use during the weeks between menstruation… the second is for use when you are actually experiencing menstruation. I believe this is a unique approach in that it enables us to build strong post-hypnotic suggestions (or anchors) over time that we can then use in the second session for greater effectiveness.
I would recommend that you use the first session 3 times a week at first, then after your first use of the second session you may revert to using the first session once a week.
These sessions are safe for use with any degree of menstruation problems, but please note that they are intended to complement, not replace, any medical treatment that may be necessary. Menstruation in and of itself is a natural process that doesn’t normally require medical intervention, but some extreme variations in the cycle (such as excessive blood loss or discomfort, or irregular cycles) can be indicative of other problems and should be investigated.
